In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery) of your concern. We require at least 80% of the product be returned, along with proof of purchase, in order to evaluate the situation.
We are not able to offer refunds in cases where the flavor or texture didn’t meet a personal preference. Most people love our flavors, but it’s impossible to predict everyone’s particular taste preferences.
Full or partial refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis, but our goal is always to have you leave happy.
